Sexual Harassment training
Many people ask me why sexual harassment training is necessary or needed in 2021? There are only a handful of states who require businesses to implement sexual harassment as well as diversity and inclusion training. As the country has gone through a significant shift and the demand for social justice at an all time high, my hope is that these very important trainings will become the minimum standard for all employees. Sexual harassment training is key to an organizations ability to profit, retain quality employees, satisfied customers and eliminate employment claims which could be expensive and costly. Sexual Harassment training may include; general overview, gender bias and gender discrimination defined, consent, verbal and nonverbal communication, case studies, importance of reporting, being an active bystander and retaliation.
